Train Ride!

After spending a great weekend with Oma and Opa (that we didn't take any pictures during! Gulp!), we took our very first train ride on Labor Day. The train went from North Akron to a cute town called Peninsula. We learned that it sadly isn't a real peninsula but rather just a little town in the middle of a National park. Oh well. It was still great fun and a lovely outing.
On the train! Cute outfit from Aunt Hannah!

Happy baby and daddy!

Wigglin around as usual

She loves looking out windows, especially when things are moving!

Hello!

More fun at the window

There was a nice creek going through Peninsula
We went to a really cute store with lots of fun fall things!
She found a mouse with a matching tutu!

Family selfie. Elia was getting sleepy by this point.

Bryan was excited to see the train uses Timken bearings--especially since he works on rail projects every day!

The train! What a fun adventure!
